The Executive Committee of the Eritrean National Olympic Committee is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall governance of the organization in accordance with the Olympic Charter and national sports policies. Its roles and responsibilities include developing and implementing policies and programs that promote Olympic values and sports development in Eritrea, overseeing the administration and financial management of the Committee, coordinating national participation in regional, continental, and international sporting events, supporting athletes and national sports federations, and fostering cooperation with government bodies, international sports organizations, and stakeholders. The Executive Committee also ensures transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making while working to advance sports excellence, youth engagement, and national unity through sport.
