Dakar 2026 will be the first Olympic event held in Africa. The Games will bring young athletes together in peaceful competition while celebrating Senegal’s cultural wealth and Africa’s growing role in the Olympic Movement.

The event is designed as a platform for exchange, inspiration and sustainable social, sporting and environmental benefit.
